Why not me?

Ever wonder why so many people wine about their ambition, money, staying in shape or just being happy?  I know for a fact that it happens to about everyone at some point or another.  If this economy has you beat you need to get up.  I have a been stuck in it for several  years now.  I am a builder of some 36 years in Michigan and the situation for new construction is just not active.  I know there are a few folks building a few houses, but this is not the norm.  I have made additions, kitchens and so forth my latest form of construction. Not getting rich doing this but it is keeping my sane.  I have joined a gym, trying to keep active to help keep my sanity.....my advice again, get up, find something you use to do when you were happier and dont stay in the funk that a lot of folks are fighting with.
